Flash’s dead man. Why bother making something that loads slow, eats CPU and can’t be indexed by search engines? AJAX and HTML5 are the future 🙂
Google’s algorithm has capabilities to index text content in flash files and rank the same.

Google may be able to index Flash websites, but they are still at a serious SEO disadvantage. I do agree that Flash may be dying though, especially after Apple decided to not support it on their devices.
Regardless whether it’s HTML, Flash or any other technology if you are familiar with SEO you will be indexed and you will rank high, it’s just that SEO takes effort and skills, if you lack both you will not be able to rank high on anything, even an HTML website.

I like how they actually created the design of every template. Every template has it’s own unique design. The combination of the colors is very pleasing to the eyes. Though most of these templates are costly, the price is reasonable.
The only problem that I see with the flash websites is the SEO. but it might be good if you have banner or header in flash.
I agree with you Car Rental, its take more downloading time for the page and that’s doesn’t Google like and isn’t good SEO.
There are many Flash sites that rank high at google, as google reads the content of flash files.
Any flash file is loaded in a normal HTML file where you can put your normal meta tags.
Further SEO depends for about 80% on external factors, such as incoming links, articles, reviews, post in forums , etc
so SEO is not a big concern for Flash files at all.
I totally agree with you. Flash designing is one of pain in head. And if outsourced then it might cost you few thousand dollars plus correction of it all time. I am definitely going to use this site for my future service providing websites.
@flash designer, I am not that good in flash so I don’t know even the newer version has got support to convert flash into html etc… I used to use banner and videos in flash.
correct me if i am wrong , there is some issue with google indexing and ranking flash based sites . They cant read flash i have read , so no credit
if we could add meta data to flash just like PDF , it would have been better seo optimized …. alas thats not possible

I doubt it. Search engines would all have such an easier time dealing with standard html. Relying on them to detect all text and links in flash is a big risk. Then again, if you throw enough links at any website it will eventually rank well. I would just rather have the ability to do regular onpage optimization without the worry.
Cheap and affordable templates, I like Easily template because it is easy to editing and customize to your choice. Easily template is one of the best flash templates I have come across and it is easy to use and work with.
These are really very cheap and editing and customization are too easy. I would like to give the try towards them.
Actually these templates load extremely fast, as all the content such as photo’s etc is kept external , so the file is only a few KB
