I am yet to try this plugin. Basically I am worried about the content links that it adds (just like infolinks?) which I think may not be intuitive for the user. I removed Kontera due to the same reason and not going for infolinks either.
However, it is a cool concept to link relevant keywords to affiliate links and I am sure it must be converting very well. And probably for good returns, you have to invest in such plugins. @ZK, how is it working for you?

Affiliate link cloaking plugins such as this one are a great example of why Wordpress is so incredibly powerful. I don’t know why anyone would want to use another platform for affiliate marketing.
