The SEO Rank Monitor Tool has an SERP ( the pages that rank on your website for certain keywords) Tracker that shows results of your SERPs. This tracker will help you identity important keywords that translate into traffic on your website, it will also pin point weaker keywords so that you can get tweaking your website and external linking SEO activities to dominate the top search engines.
The tool also gives you an option to check competition. Competing keywords and sites can be checked for ranking and usage. This section will help you get an overview of keywords that are not being used by your competitors so that you can start to rank them for your website.
Some of the other reports provide by SEO Rank Monitor include analytics monitor and domain monitor.

Besides quality backlinks from related websites (which are hard to get) add lots of relevant text on each page. Know what keywords you are targeting and be sure it is listed on your title tag and throughout the body text of your homepage is important … This tool looks very interesting
