On the toolkit side, plenty of people use their Keyword Discovery tools. Most tools can be found individually free apart from that (and Yahoo and Adlab.search.msn.com havde fairly cool keyword tools.

I will try the SERP Analytic tool. For my PPC Campaign i use KeywordTracker for analyzing the competitor keywords and have got Good ROI from these tool.
