SEO Blog-10th_birthday

Google is looking for ideas on improving others lives. Google says “The one who helps the most, will be the winner ” – Simple and brilliant , just like the Google brand personality.

Google invites ideas to the following categories :

Community: How can we help connect people, build communities and protect unique cultures?

Opportunity: How can we help people better provide for themselves and their families?

Energy: How can we help move the world towards safe, clean, inexpensive energy?

Environment: How can we help promote a cleaner and more sustainable global ecosystem?

Health: How can we help individuals lead longer, healthier lives?

Education: How can we help more people get more access to better education?

Shelter: How can we help ensure that everyone has a safe place to live?

Everything Else: Sometimes the best ideas don’t fit into any category at all.

If you have an idea that could make this world a better place – Submit it here

When a company has reached its peak and starts doing crazy things like spending money for a space project or improving the lives of others I think that this company is going south and tend to dispose of such stocks.

Google should instead give back profits back to its investors.

Happy belated bday Google! i’m sure it’s been a heck of a ride for you guys so far!

I think this is such an awesome stance for Google to be taking; that of using their long reach to help others. It makes me wonder if we could be seeing the beginning of a company that truly does use its power for the good of the people.

I saw some other day Google front page was talking about Tesla, which invented everything we know (electronically speaking). At least this is one of their best approaches in reminding people of history, therefore making the world a better place.

This looks like a great event, they’re approaching one more year but does anyone knows about what happened to the results? I mean I admit people have got great ideas, if only implemented by the higher authorities, this world can still become a beautiful place. It’s good to see that Google is willing to spend $10 million for your ideas to get implemented.

I still remember my first time using Google in college. I was impressed with the simplicity of it and how well the top results matched what I was looking for. Hotbot, Altavista, Yahoo… it had them all beat.
